The running bass line hooks you in and the BB King-like guitar licks contribute big time in this upbeat short, sharp and sweet song that leaves you wanting more. "This song came about whilst I was fooling around with my acoustic guitar. I’ve written so many ‘laid back’ country rock songs so I wanted to write something with a bit more up-tempo and fun. The chord progression and song structure came very easily to me. I wrote the whole musical score for this song in less than half an hour! The lyrics came fluidly after that, which is always a good sign this song was meant to be! The bass line is modelled on the work of my favourite rockabilly band: The Stray Cats.
